- Send messages and notifications in a channel
- Access team information (team name, channel list, member names and email addresses)

## Installation

1. Log into StackHawk and go to the [Teams Integration page](https://app.stackhawk.com/integrations/msteams/).
2. Click **Enable Teams** to generate a temporary integration token.
3. Click **View In Marketplace** to install the StackHawk app from the Microsoft Teams Marketplace.
4. In Teams, click **Add to a Team** and select the Team you want to connect.

You can also install directly from the [Microsoft Teams Marketplace](https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/3e43319b-c78c-40db-a261-3a97a8ca2abf).

### Token Authorization

## Configuration

Configure which Teams channels receive notifications and filter by application and environment.

![Teams integration configuration](https://docs.stackhawk.com/images/integrations/msteams/msteams-configure.png)

- Configuration is per-channel. Each channel can have different application and environment filters.
- With no applications selected, the channel receives notifications for all applications.
- With no environments selected, the channel receives notifications for all environments.
- Click the menu icon on any channel row to edit or remove its configuration.

**Note:** Private Teams channels cannot receive notifications.

## Troubleshooting

If notifications are not appearing in Teams:

1. Verify the channel is configured for the application and environment being scanned.
2. Check the [Microsoft 365 Service Status](https://portal.office.com/servicestatus) for outages.
3. Confirm the StackHawk app is still installed in the Teams workspace.
4. As a last resort, remove and reinstall the integration. This resets all channel configurations.

If issues persist, [contact StackHawk Support](https://docs.stackhawk.com/support/).
